About Your New Role

Asher House is home to 12 young people living with high-care needs and offers them permanent, safe & independent living with 24 hour care. Asher means "Happy & Blessed", a name given to the house by its residents. This is a full time role, based at Asher House but you will also provide support to co-located sites within a 5 min walk from the main site. You will contribute to the team with efficient and effective delivery of a range of administrative services. You will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:

Prepare staff rosters for approval including arranging staff replacement as required
Check payment of invoices
Reconcile payments from residents
Assist with stock-take and ordering of supplies
Ensure documentation, files, records and monthly reports are continually updated
