Description:

An enthusiastic, motivated person is required to work as an Administration Officer to provide efficient, confidential secretarial and administration support to the organisation

  • Mercy Care Centre, Young NSW
  • Full-Time Permanent Position (80 hour fortnight)
  • Provide efficient customer service to clients, patients and colleagues
  • Undertake General administrative duties( which include but not limited to-data entering and financial tasks) to support the Mercy Care Centre.
  • Be part of a diverse team which requires you to provide highly efficient operation of all duties.

About You

  • Health Care Administration experience highly desirable
  • Demonstrated high level computer literacy across all MS Office programs, high level data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills, time management and organisational skills
  • Current immunization of diseases as listed in NSW Health Policy Directive PD2011_005. This is a Category A Risk position

About The Role And The Facility

  • Full time position.
  • Clerical support for our 26 bed, subacute unit which specialises in Multidisciplinary care in Rehabilitation, GEM and Palliative Care and Community Services.
  • We provide quality patient-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach
  • Site HR support
  • Temporary accommodation available.
  • Free on site car parking.
