Your new role
In this role you will be based in the Belmont office, providing administration support to the office team. In this role your responsibilities will be the following:
 

  • Pro-actively provide a wide range of administration support to the leadership team
  • Flexibility and attention to detail to ensure the required administrative services are available in a timely manner
  • Support the operation supervisors with financial management and reporting along with report writing and miscellaneous document control
  • Assist with diary management and travel related tasks
  • Adapting and collaborative to support different teams when needed with administration functions
  • Stepping in and learning quickly what needs to be done to support the business
  • Answering all client and customer queries on the telephone


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will have the following:

  • Highly proficient in the use of MS word, excel and power point software
  • Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality
  • Excellent planning and organising skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Display a strong sense of teamwork and pro-actively seek
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • The ability to manage numerous completing priorities
