Duties
 

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
  • Provide a high level of support to upper management
  • Calendar Management and Travel Bookings for senior members of the leadership team
  • Timely and accurate data entry, filing, diary management and minute taking when necessary
  • Other general admin duties as required
     

Skills & Experience
 

  • The ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and administrative support in an office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal manner and accurate data entry skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality support to senior team members
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality and contribute positively to a professional workplace enviroment
  • Higher education or University experience would be desirable
