Description:

In this role you will:
Provide outstanding customer service to the Monash community

Provide advice and information on resource recovery, waste services and programs

Liaise with external Waste Services contractors to ensure timely provision of services

Provide data entry and administration that supports our activities

Process customer service correspondence within Council guidelines
Certificate level qualification and/or previous experience in customer service

Previous experience in administration with strong customer relations and teamwork focus

Effective communication skills to respond to customer enquiries and prepare correspondence

Demonstrated experience working in a team and contributing to team goals
