Description:
Our client is seeking the expertise of a Qualified Senior People & Culture practitioner who has previously worked at a General Manager or Head of level within human resources with team management responsibility, and the ability to support the business both strategically and operationally.
This position will encompass the alignment of acquired businesses within people and culture, supporting the organisational design and change management, employee engagement, continuing the proactive branding of the organisation, vision and values as well as the provision of solutions as required by the business.
Managing a team of global people and culture professionals, you will be a strong people leader and provide coaching and development where required to ensure a proactive business partnering model for workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, other generalist services and payroll.
Ideally you will possess experience of working within a complex, global organisation that has undertaken organisation redesign and change management projects, and it is essential that you have a working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards. You will be responsive to working across multiple timelines and enjoy a fast-paced environment where resilience and a high level of performance will be acknowledged and rewarded.
