The Role:
As an Acquisitions Manager you will be responsible for all new business in Victoria
The key responsibilities include:
- Business development and sourcing new development sites
- Be the primary contact for all new acquisitions
- Build relationships with agents/brokers to proactively capitalise on opportunities
- Work with internal teams on strategic acquisitions from due diligence to completion of transaction
- Attend networking events to help promote the business and increase brand presence in the industry
- Preparation of reports and weekly/monthly updates on forecasts and pipeline of business
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sourcing and transacting on residential development sites
- Possess knowledge of current and future PSPs and how this impacts value
- Possess a solid reputation in the market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal);
- Ability to build networks and trusted relationships
- Be a highly driven individual
