What does success look like:
- Lead the development, execution, analysis, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Analyze the performance of acquisition channels, campaigns and experiments, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Use industry best practices, available research, and market analysis to design and execute strategies that help the company achieve its customer acquisition targets.
- Develop target customer personas, and manage the ongoing optimization of campaigns, messaging and creatives.
- Develop and execute acquisition campaigns that drive high-quality traffic, customer engagement, and conversion.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years experience in Acquisition Marketing.
- Experience in working in B2B with channel/reseller partners preferred.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with marketing funnels, buyer personas, marketing metrics, and testing strategies.
- Knowledge and experience with PPC, SEO, SEM, display advertising, programmatic acquisition, retargeting, and mobile-specific tactics.
- Experience working with popular marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Swoogo highly regarded).
- In-depth understanding of acquisition channels and customer touchpoints.
