This is a Temporary opportunity located in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

Your Role

Accounts Receivable Duties:
 

• Processing Sales invoices accurately and within expected time periods and checking all supporting documents in Septor and Navision.
• Reading Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
• Monthly reconciliation of all customer accounts.
• Liaise with sales team in order to obtain the substantive documents.
• Monitor customer credit balances and arrange credit insurance in advance.
• Provide accounts receivable collection forecast for monthly cash forecast.
   

Skills/Qualifications
 

• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good knowledge of computer skills in a Microsoft Windows Environment.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Exposure to Microsoft NAV or similar ERPs (an advantage)
• Aptitude for mathematics and numeracy
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and also to work collaboratively within a team
• Takes the initiative in assigned work activities to improve
