Accounts Receivable Officer

 

Description:

Randstad has partnered with an ASX-listed company in search for their newest Accounts Receivable Officer to join the shared services team. The team take pride in their work and a strong desire to be a part of a high performing team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers and follow-up on overdue payments from customers on a regular basis.
  • Providing invoices to clients, including statements, credit notes and refund requisitions.
  • Ensure data check integrity process are followed including escalations.
  • Maintain accurate collection notes and record them in the system.
  • Ensure that all payments related to allocated customers are allocated.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payment collection.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all existing billing and collections processes.
