Responsibilities May Include

Accounts Payable:
 

  • Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Prepare and execute payment runs.
  • Assist with expense management and reporting.
     

Accounts Receivable
 

  • Generate and send customer invoices.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
  • Record and allocate incoming payments.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
 

  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for debt collection.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
