Accounts Allrounder Administration

 

Description:

This is a varied role covering full function Accounts Payable, Office administration and Inventory Import costing process. Reporting to the Company Accountant and will have direct contact with multiple departments across the business. This is a full-time position, in our newly built modern facilities, with onsite parking available and staff gym. A competitive salary will be offered to candidates based on their level of experience and expertise.

Day-to-day activities include (but are not limited to):
Accounts Payable / Administration

  • Processing supplier invoices and credits.
  • Ensuring all invoices have appropriate approvals and correct ledger allocations.
  • Reconciling supplier accounts to trial balance and supplier statements.
  • Preparing payment proposals.
  • Maintaining supplier database.
  • Reconciliation of daily bank entries.
  • Maintain office supplies, groceries, stationery.
  • Administration of all payments and reporting in relation to all properties.
  • Back up for the Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Office administration tasks as required.
