Accounts & Administration Assistant

 

Description:


The Accounts and Administration Assistant within the finance team is responsible for providing high-quality support to the Financial Controller and the wider business. Responsibilities include;
 

  • Assist department team in general duties.
  • Facilitate building maintenance as required.
  • Daily tenant receipting.
  • Payment of creditor invoices.
  • Processing of Mid-Month and End of Month.
  • Assist Asset Manager with outgoings estimates & reconciliations.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence is delivered.
  • Annual budget preparation and reconciliations.
  • Approve purchase orders and invoices.
     

Key Requirements
 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience across a similar role in accounts
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • High level of literacy and numeracy
  • Strong work ethic/fast learner
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Understanding of property development/ construction is highly looked upon
  • Strong prioritisation and excellent time management skills
