About Your New Role

  • Preparing EOM statements, following up payments with debtors, answering debtors' queries regarding statement of account
  • Processing suppliers' invoices, reconciling suppliers statements, processing payment to suppliers according to agreed payment terms
  • Balancing company credit cards
  • Payroll processing
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Banking cheque/cash
  • General administrative and other duties as required

About You

  • Proven experience with Accounts receivable/payable duties
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Be well motivated and able to work within a team
  • High levels of communication, both written and verbal (as you be required to liaise with people both internally and externally)
