We are seeking an enthusiastic trainee to join the accounting team in either our Batemans Bay or Moruya offices.

We aim to support you to achieve your full potential within an exciting and dynamic industry. Our senior team members are great mentors with a wide range of experience in various aspects of accounting, tax, superannuation and business advisory. We are happy to share our knowledge and skills.

Attributes we are looking for:

• Started or just completed studies in an accounting related discipline.
• Commitment to complete your accounting studies.
• Desire to work as an accountant.
• Time management skills with the ability to manage several tasks and conflicting priorities.
• Advanced numeracy skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to follow set process.
• Advanced computer skills, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and cloud-based software.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a team, and after training, the ability to work and learn independently.
• Ability to maintain discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters.
• Acceptance that accountants have revenue budgets to meet and clients to service.
