We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our growing team in ANZ, and to take ownership of assigned customers in Sydney & nationally.
The role is to develop new and existing business in the core Retail & QSR vertical where Zebra Technologies is #1 worldwide with solutions that engage team members, optimise inventory, and elevate the customer experience.
You will have strong business acumen to develop and execute sales strategies whilst supported by your cross-function Zebra impact team. Responsibilities

  • Sales Skills Develop pipeline and meet quarterly targets. Apply Solution Selling concepts to customer situations; have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Business Acumen Understands and explains how Zebra solutions can help customer's business results; obtains profitable revenue growth via value proposition vs. competition.
  • Personas Demonstrated capacity to build strong, deep and wide relationships with strategic end-user customers across functions of IT, Procurement, Operations and C-level.
  • Engage directly with end customers not reliant upon channel/distribution to maintain customer relationships to drive outcomes.
  • Channel knowledge Understand the role of distributors, resellers and alliances.
  • Technical Skills You will develop a moderate domain & solutions knowledge for this industry to work with technical resources to resolve routine problems of moderate complexity at the customer level.
  • Knowledge of Zebra You will develop & utilise a solid understanding of all Products / Solutions from Zebra Technologies to sell to customers.
  • Complexity of Solutions Typically, medium complexity (e.g. value proposition vs. competition), but may have complex projects requiring unique coordination of technical resources.
  • Freedom to Act Works under general supervision. Makes decisions of moderate complexity that impact deliverables of projects; exercises judgment in approach, sometimes requiring and assessing trade-offs.
  • Travel & Work Expected to travel interstate quarterly and internationally at least once per year. Working in a flexible hybrid environment both at the office and from home as stipulated by policy and agreed with direct manager.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of applicable work experience in sales of either hardware or software solutions
  • Develops and adapts sales strategies to customer needs and creates successful partnerships.
