Due to significant growth, we are currently searching for an Account Manager to join our Sydney office.
This exciting role combines customer relationship management, client engagement, and business development, whilst liaising and overseeing deliverables across our team of highly skilled consultants. This role will involve managing our customer partnerships and helping to develop our footprint across several enterprise accounts. In short, our Account Managers are tasked with assisting our customers to meet their strategic technical and business goals in the best way possible.

For you to be successful in this role it is expected that you have prior sales and account management experience working in IT Professional Services, with experience and knowledge mapping out customers, gathering intelligence, and developing market penetration strategies to take customers to the next level of engagement. We like to challenge the status quo with new ideas and approaches. Novon is looking for an ambitious individual who wants the chance to truly build something worthwhile and watch it grow.

What will you do?

  • Consult with your customers and our Novon consultants onsite to expand and build a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities to meet our growth targets.
  • Actively increase our customer footprints by ensuring that customers realise the value of their relationship with Novon.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new Novon consultants into existing customer environments
  • Take responsibility for your own development of knowledge of Technical Services such as data and integration to ensure you understand what your customers are trying to achieve.
  • Attend and contribute to regular sales and resourcing meetings
  • Ability to plan and manage sales pipeline and work autonomously and as part of a team – collaboration is key
  • Be a custodian of culture – you will work closely with the talent acquisition and People & Culture team to ensure the very best possible employee experience for Novon consultants.
