Account Manager

 

Description:

We are looking to recruit an Account Manager who will maintain quality relationships with our clients and has a proven track record in project management and account management.

This is a key role for an enthusiastic individual who is great at multitasking, problem solving and is a good communicator. We are looking for a patient, professional and motivated individual to be the first point of contact for our clients.

You will report to the Sales and Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments.
  • Contribute to new business growth by assisting BDM with exploring new business opportunities and maintaining a sales pipeline of active leads.
  • Monitor and report on customer forecasts, sales performance, production timelines and producing planning meetings.
  • Confidently take action to ensure that customer needs are prioritised.

  • Experience in project management.
  • An understanding of manufacturing environment (GMP).
  • Proven experience in account management role (2+ years).
  • Degree in Business Administration.
  • Proficient in SAP or equivalent ERP business software.
  • An understanding of the healthy and beauty industry is a plus.
