Our client is a leader in the Prop Tech space and is about to revolutionise the property industry and the property buying process by creating a streamlined investment platform that is far beyond anything you can imagine. Due to expansion and growth, they are looking for up to 3 Account Managers to add to their team!

The Position

In the role of Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acquire new agents and agencies for the platform
  • Conduct sales presentations to agencies and agents,
  • Successfully onboard the new agents and agencies
  • Provide training to the new agents and agencies on how to use the platform
  • Account Management of agents and agencies that are currently using the platform
  • Calling and meeting agents and agencies to keep them informed of any new projects, events or training that is relevant to their business
  • Ensure the current agent and agencies are happy with the platform and therefore promoting the platform
  • Ensuring the agents and agencies attend fortnightly sales groups meetings, fortnightly deal of the day events and any other platform activity
  • Conduct sales activities to keep agents engaged including knowledge-sharing events
  • Reporting on competitors by sharing market insights
  • Deliver sales numbers and support agents and agencies in achieving their sales targets
  • Weekly calendar plan submission including weekly prospecting, new business acquisiton, and management of current agents


The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Account Manager will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in Sales, preferrably in Real Estate
  • Good negotiation skills and a results-driven approach
  • Good at building and nurturing relationships and first class customer service skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Efficient time management skills, including managing calendars and condusting Zoom meetings
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills
  • Resilience and Integrity
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a professional, demeanour
  • You must have a valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
