Join an exciting company that is going through aggressive growth and seeking an experienced Account Manager. This position reports to the Chief Strategic Investments Officer and is available in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

About the Role:
The purpose of the Account Manager role is to increase the adoption of services on the Opticomm network, in addition to building and maintaining strong relationships within communities.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Reporting to key stakeholders on market share, bandwidth levels and other relevant information
  • Primary contact for community queries and assisting with urgent escalations
  • Liaison with cross functional internal teams to provide feedback and help resolve escalations
  • Maintain and utilise CRM to fulfill account management plans
  • Quarterly portfolio planning, execution and review of agreed KPI’s
  • Influence and educate communities on Uniti Group products, processes, and value proposition
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory “wholesale only” and “non-discrimination obligations” in all engagements
  • Work with marketing team to adopt key marketing strategies
  • Work with RSP Account manager to drive local area marketing campaigns
  • Identify competitive risks including overbuilds, competing technology and formulate defensive strategy
  • Liaise with Project management team on new developments
  • Sales – drive growth and achieve key sales metrics
