About the Role:

Drawing on your previous experience within the creative industry you will help enterprise customers adopt their innovative design software for their visual communication needs.

You will work closely with visual design & marketing teams within their existing customers to help them identify high-value use cases for adopting their software and demonstrate how it can improve creativity and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discover, engage, and support users of their digital design software

• Demonstrate the value of their software within the context of their business

• Help users identify repeatable, high-value use cases

• Assist users in scaling usage within their organization

• Generate actionable insights from customer engagements to inform Product and GTM teams

About you:

• You will likely be an ex-creative (Digital, Graphic, UX/UI) who wants to utilise their previous design experience in a new role

• Practical experience delivering digital design projects

• Strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by Designers

• Previous experience in business development, customer success, product evangelism, marketing is advantageous

• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills

• Ability to synthesise technical and workflow business requirements into accessible and approachable solutions

• Ability to open doors, secure meetings, and develop trusted relationships design teams and internal stakeholders
