To support strong recent growth, we have a newly created role for a pro-active and motivated customer focused individual to join the CRM Strategy team as an Account Manager/Sales Associate.
As an Account Manager/Sales Associate, you will play an integral role in delivering high-level engagement to our existing clients across a combination of opportunity management, relationship management and project/initiative development activities, both independently and in conjunction with the management team.
Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate prior success in similar or related positions, either selling or supporting sales teams in complex client engagements with multiple stakeholders.
With a passion for CRM or sales & marketing automation technologies, you will display a commitment to delivering results and can demonstrate superior planning, communication skills and attention to detail.
You exhibit a clear client-centric approach, and an ability to leverage your strong internal & external stakeholder relationships and problem-solving skills to deliver superior value to clients.
