Our client is an award-winning digital agency which has doubled in revenue over the last 12 months and they are embarking on their next stage of growth. Founded in 2007 they service clients nationally by operating out of two offices on the Sunshine Coast and in Newcastle.

 

With 17 staff and a training arm of the business, our client is focused on being a leading agency at the forefront of trends and have a very loyal team of 30+ Creative Specialists for client and staff to tap into.

 

Due to significant growth and a very high volume of inbound enquiries our client are in need of an Account Manager to oversee the Social Pod of their business.

 

Based in Newcastle your new role will look like this:

 

  • Report to the GM and oversee a team of 3+ social media specialists
  • Manage the ongoing delivery of projects for social media clients; from consultation through to estimating, allocating resources, and managing campaigns
  • Convert the specialist’s findings into a plan for clients, to develop budgets and the best functional outcome for their business needs and desires
  • Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement and outstanding culture
  • Manage the teams reporting and ensure profitability of the pod
  • Develop briefs for clients
  • Collaborate with all staff and contractors
