Account Manager

The Account Manager is a senior, client facing role and will provide client service and strategic advice to senior executives across a range of industries.

• Bring a strong understanding of the profession and provide strategic guidance on communications, marketing, engagement or issues management
• Coordinate the delivery of day-to-day activities with the wider team
• Provide strategic advice to senior executives, including the craft of strategic plans
• Be a 'big picture' thinker
• Proactively identify issues or opportunities relevant to clients
• Act as a leader for the team, or function as part of a large team but have autonomy/authority over projects
• Manage the team budget and demonstrate a commercial mindset to achieve growth
• Identify new opportunities and build new relationships
• Contribute to best practice/continuous improvement and have the ability to input to team training and other important internal functions
