About the role: 

We have an exciting NEW role available for an Account Manager to join our Wholesale & Hoka Team for our Victorian region. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will be to service and strategically manage growth of one of the world’s fastest growing running & outdoor brands, Hoka, within assigned wholesale networks. You will be responsible for the brand’s wholesale performance within your assigned territory.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sell In future ranges and support accounts in delivering the brand strategies, product stories and key commercial objectives for each season.
  • Create and maintain strong communication pathways with key personnel at all accounts.
  • Build and support relationships where possible with retailers' surrounding networks – health professionals, running groups, personal trainers, events etc.
  • Identify market opportunities, anticipate market challenges, operate thoughtfully and dynamically and in a manner consistent with brand guidance.
  • Actively monitor/manage orders and stock levels to achieve positive sales outcomes for accounts and wholesale business and support sustained long term growth for the wholesale business.
  • Ensure a great customer experience for your accounts by supporting and fine-tuning processes for sales, finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Capacity to service whoever needs your assistance - from individual consumers in need of fitting or product guidance to key accounts conducting major buys.
  • Work locally as part of your national team to support the negotiation and implementation of Accent Trading Terms and the wholesale businesses Key Commercial objectives.
  • Manage costs of doing business. Account Managers must be diligent on all costs and act within budget and expectations for travel, samples, marketing, entertainment, helping to ensure profitability for the brand and wholesale business.
