About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager for a full-time role based in Newcastle, NSW as part of our dream team. This client-facing role will commence October 2021.

 

What you'll do

  • Managing clients and their marketing, research, and strategy projects within timelines and budgets
  • Helping to win new business by developing client proposals and presentations as part of new business pitches
  • Supporting the team to develop brand strategies (brand positions, vision, purpose, propositions, values)
  • Developing marketing strategies, marketing plans and communications strategies for clients
  • Helping to conduct qualitative research (one-on-one interviews, focus groups, online surveys, phone interviews, research reports)
  • Managing rollouts of re-branding campaigns (inc. overseeing visual identities, production, developing brand guidelines)
  • Brainstorming campaign ideas and creative concepts in-line with our brand strategies
  • Developing and delivering social media strategies (copywriting, content, implementation)
