YOUR PROFILE

  • Tertiary qualified in science, chemistry or related discipline
  • 3+ year's of B2B sales experience in a personal care related commercial role
  • Proven track record of commercial sales with knowledge of account management
  • Results orientated with strong solution-based selling skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships; build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must have a best practice continuous improvement and customer-centric mindset
  • Agile, highly collaborative and have an early adopter mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Digitally savvy, self-motivated with an ability to prioritise and take initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
