We currently have two exciting opportunities for Vaccine Account Managers (VAM )to join our Vaccines team. Reporting to the First Line Sales Leader, the VAMs will implement the Vaccines strategy for key promoted GSK brands in their designated territory. The VAMs will partner with their healthcare professional customers with an objective to drive improved vaccination rates for babies and children at risk of a range of vaccine preventable diseases.

Your Responsibilities Will Be Broad And Will Include

  • Achieve territory business objectives for key promoted vaccines/GSK brands through alignment with brand strategy, including drivers of growth for key tactics and activities.
  • Maintain a high-level knowledge for GSK promoted brands, relevant disease states and industry intelligence, both promoted and reactively non promoted brands, multiple brands
  • Deliver and maintain a high level of selling skills through Patient Focused Scientific Selling (PFSS), including call agility/flexibility due to many different brands and disease states promoted
  • Maintain and support GSK direct account customers and GSK brand stockists with enquiries about products and business opportunities
  • Create and maintain a monthly business plan, reviews to include specific data analysis across all channels, territory knowledge, objectives and tactical plans
  • Support successful implementation of high value programs which differentiate and enhance the GSKs profile with HCPs

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have

  • Experience in a field-based Sales Representative role within a large, multi-layered global organisation.
  • Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • An aptitude for science with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored format
  • A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding account management, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
