Account Manager

You'll be part of a dynamic, forward thinking cross discipline team that thinks fast! The Commercial team has seen incredible growth. Over each of the last 5 years we have delivered double digit YoY growth, with digital revenue growing to over $250m (FY20) globally. 
 

You'll be responsible for growing our relationships in APAC for our most renowned media brands across. This may include working with clients in Financial Services, Tech, Gaming, Fitness & Woman's Lifestyle. This role is designed to drive new business and increase current client spend through a mixture of consultative account management and relationship building.
 

You will be based from our Sydney CBD office but will have the flexibility to work from home two days per week. Our office is in the heart of the CBD, with a creative and fun environment, vibrant team and a great work social calendar.

What do I need to succeed?
 

• Experience with customer service and account management
• Confident negotiator with experience of negotiating deals and building relationships
• Excellent time management skills and great attention to detail
• Understanding of online marketing and e-commerce
• Confident presentation skills and ability to to talk to clients at all levels
• Able to listen to a customer's challenges and ask questions to understand their needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• A good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Presentation software
• A team player, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-oriented entrepreneurial environment
