We are looking for a game changer to play a key role in account management, client retention and overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is someone who:

 

  • Has 5+ years experience in an account management or client relations role

  • Ability to apply reasoning and strategic advice to clients using our software

  • Experience in nurturing and building relationships

  • Ability to play a very collaborative role and regularly collaborate with designers, developers, and product owners in order to avail interactive and scalable sites/software/procedures/etc on behalf of our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general client relations and daily oversight for accounts.

  • Responsible for client meetings, preparing for client presentations.

  • Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings.

  • Deliver insights and metrics of interest for each client meeting.

  • Perform customer follow ups and ensure consumer satisfaction, be proactive in attending to client needs, action items and requests.

  • Have a solid understanding of client profile, product use and configurations.

  • Source and present creative ideas that meet the needs of the customer.

  • Communicate with various internal departments and follow up on client requests.

  • Responsible for independent problem solving and performance of duties.

  • Conduct training and client support documentation.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Reports to the Client Relations Managers
