As an Account Manager, reporting to the Manager of Infrastructure Partnerships, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies. In this role, you will provide strategic advice that aligns with government priorities, promoting investment decisions that enhance liveability outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies to support infrastructure project delivery.
  • Oversee state-significant initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice that informs investment decisions and meets government priorities.
  • Ensure a smooth experience Facilitate a seamless experience for developers throughout project phases.
  • Lead and motivate the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to resolve conflicts, and a strong understanding of business, asset, and financial processes.
     

Experience And Qualifications
 

  • Relevant degree in engineering, urban planning, business or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in development services or infrastructure planning.
  • Strong ability to influence strategically and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Experience leading diverse teams and promoting high performance.
  • Understanding of the political, market, and commercial factors affecting government projects.
