Description:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our QLD team managing a set portfolio of automotive partner accounts, predominantly in the Gold Coast area. Strong sales and insurance experience is crucial to success in this role where you will be working towards agreed revenue targets / sales quotas and ensure complete partner satisfaction when dealing with the organisation.
You'll be responsible for
- Formulating, implementing, and managing strategic business plans of Partner accounts to achieve Sales revenue / Sales quota targets.
- Working closely with Partners to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products, services, and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organisation.
- Ensuring that effective account retention and defence strategies are in place for all Partners at all times to promote Partner retention.
- Serving as the primary point of contact between the partner and the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service at all times. Actively seeking opportunities to engage in the partner's strategic business planning processes.
- Implementing and using appropriate sales methodologies, strategic selling practices and effective negotiation skills.
About You
- Relevant financial services industry experience with experience managing client accounts.
- Ability to document and understand market and Partner requirements to identify, pursue and close business development opportunities that contribute to the profitability of the organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
- Adept at proactively building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning, exchange knowledge and elicit beneficial outcomes.
- Demonstrates strong presentation skills that are engaging and impactful.
