Account Management Intern

 

Description:

In this position you will be responsible for performing duties that drive and support account excellence and best practices for core areas within the business to ensure our continued success.


This person will work closely with all members of the team, including the Operations Manager, Sales and Account Management Team and Product Team, as well as having regular contact with accounts they will help support.


Responsibilities:

  • Promotional funding and claims
  • Work with the account managers to manage the day to day task for the account including account reviews and administrative tasks such as deactivations
  • Work on tradeshows and marketing associated to the event
  • Promotional marketing assets coordination with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Potential to manage a smaller account once comfortable with the above tasks

  • Highly organized, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
  • Confident communicator & ability to interact at any level
  • Results-focused, collaborative team player with proven ability to also work independently
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and agility to grasp other business systems quickly.
