Aon is looking for candidates with general insurance experience who have a passion for new business, client service and progressing their insurance career.

In this role you will be tasked with new business activities for clients keen to purchase insurance.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting time to join our successful, new business team which is redefining how organisations and clients deal with insurance online.

Using first class digital platforms, you will be provided with ‘hot’ leads to follow up.

Your responsibilities will include:
 

  • Achieve personal and team sales targets on small to moderate size accounts
  • Work towards KPI’s and targets
  • Convert ‘hot’ leads into sales
  • Work with ‘hot’ leads through several channels such as instant messaging, email and inbound/outbound phone calls
  • Advocate for clients through best practice insurer negotiations to achieve the best outcome
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve high client outcomes
  • Exceed client expectations
  • Use Salesforce as your main platform
  • Multi-task whilst navigating a range of technologies
  • Liaise with general insurance clients
