Account Executive

 

Description:

This position is an ideal role to take your relationship management and sales experience to the next level and strengthen your skills within a global organisation. Sitting within a highly successful Sales team this role will focus on the management, retention and growth of designated accounts within our Standards division.

About You

The Account Executive has assigned customers that require cultivating, managing strong relationships in order to convert leads for sales of our products and services in Standards, Technical Information and Regulatory Content. You will work closely with our Business Development Managers, Account Managers and the Sales Enablement team.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed new revenue and account renewal targets
  • Identify and qualify opportunities to maximise a client account and ensure uptake of new products in key customer accounts
  • Act as the dedicated and nominated escalation point for operational, administration and finance queries of designated accounts
  • Maintain accurate records through Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • Work with the sales team to identify new key contacts within existing client and non-client organisations through research
  • Build industry specific networks internally and externally and attend network events
