Description:
You’ll be our first B2B sales hire and will be responsible for leading business development for our new enterprise SaaS product - Flux At Work.
Reporting to the Co-founder and Co-CEO, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle and the opportunity to build a team under you as the company continues its rapid growth.
- Manage and close opportunities to achieve or exceed financial targets.
- Identify market opportunities that develop and grow a strong sales pipeline, which will ensure quarterly and annual targets are met.
- Understand the customer’s buying process and provide accurate and current forecast and opportunity detail in our internal CRM.
- Capture customer and prospect feedback so we can continue to create the best possible product.
- Develop industry specific knowledge and expertise, and effectively articulate the Flux At Work value proposition.
- Provide regular and efficient updates on assigned accounts.
- Build relationships with senior professionals in HR / People & Culture teams of prospects.
- Experience prospecting into a large list of accounts.
- Consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment in new revenue.
- Hungry to learn, grow and become a key part of the Flux team long term.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- You’re passionate, scrappy and a self-starter.
- You have an understanding of personal finance topics (budgeting, saving, investing).
- Experience in HR SaaS/sales would be beneficial but is not essential.
