The challenge

Adobe A/NZ is on a journey to double the size of our business over the next two years.

Our Growth market sales team is rapidly expanding our footprint by unlocking new Enterprise segments and is the Rocketship powering future growth. The team is responsible for growing our market share and helping organisations harness the power of Adobe.

We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who ideally have proven experience selling digital marketing technology. However, we're also keen to hear from strong software sellers, regardless of the product/solution sold. Whatever your background, you will have the ability to understand how the Adobe Experience Cloud and our Marketo solution can help businesses create exceptional experiences for their customers.

What You'll Do

  • Develop target named account strategies and tactical penetration plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships at the “C” and “VP” levels of the defined target named accounts
  • Develop compelling value propositions based on return-on-investment cost/benefit analysis
  • Execute against the major steps of the sales process including finding/closing new business opportunities and cross-selling to an existing install base
  • Sell against annual revenue targets for software licenses
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and marketing, partner and professional services teams
  • Input ideas and participate in marketing events for demand generation
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
  • Maintain third party relationships
