Account Executive

Description:

Due to continued growth within JDS and the Melbourne market, we are looking for a proactive and energetic Account Executive to join our Melbourne sales team. Reporting to the General Manager of the ServiceNow practice based in Melbourne, the ideal candidate will be experienced in selling professional services and software for the ServiceNow platform, effective in managing existing accounts; and work closely with our software vendor partner ServiceNow, to deliver market-leading solutions.

A generous salary package is on offer for the right candidate, with a Sales Compensation Plan (SCP) and On Target Earnings (OTE) based on agreed targets & KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Sale of professional consulting services as well as ServiceNow and associated software within your assigned territory
• Maintain and proactively drive relationships with our software vendor partner ServiceNow
• Generate revenue and gross margin within both existing and new clients
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs/targets
• Manage opportunities and maintain a well-qualified pipeline
• Manage the resourcing and outcome of client engagements
• Represent JDS professionally and ethically in the marketplace

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience selling complex software, ICT services or solutions
• Demonstrated technical sales skill with prominent enterprise clients
• Proven success in developing new markets, identifying opportunities and closing new business
• Excellent interpersonal communications and analytical ability
• Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results
• Full working rights in Australia
• Technical experience in other Service Management/Operations Management software would be advantageous
