M&C Saatchi Agency - Client Service Team 

The opportunity is here now to join our client service team and share your impact as Senior Account Director providing outstanding creative account service across some of the most recognisable agency brands in the Creative & Media Communications industry in Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll bring this to life by managing relationships with key Client contacts, and overseeing their client’s day to day Communications requirements; forecasting and process across integrated campaigns – covering communications incorporating Integrated, Digital, Social, Content and Branding projects.

You’ll have the opportunity to manage a team that contributes to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Innately understand the Client’s business and seeks ways to add value to drive the client business in terms of creative product, market share and brand recognition
• Strategically drives the client category; anticipates potential competitive threats or opportunities. Makes recommendations to client
• Strategically lead key client relationships and fully integrated campaigns, leveraging best use of disciplines including advertising, CRM and digital
• Lead projects internally and oversees workflow, resolving issues as appropriate
• Organise project resource, ensure tasks are completed within scope and timings and budget (work with Operations and Producer roles)
