Our Account Directors know how to maintain vibrant and compelling client relationships while continually seeking to expand and grow into new project opportunities.
This role requires a true leader with an innate curiosity of the digital landscape and the ability to champion Adrenalin’s work, culture and process.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager, your main focus will be management and growth of a select number of key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of strategic and innovative digital solutions which create deep end-user engagement, driving results and successful outcomes for clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing strong relationships with Executive/C-level client stakeholders while maintaining a presence with day-to-day client teams
- Ensuring a fanatical focus on account retention & growth
- Using data and behavioural insights to help formulate strategic solutions for your clients
- Work closely with the internal Strategy, Project Management, Creative & Technical teams to develop exceptional results-oriented work
- Oversee the delivery of large-scale digital projects including website, mobile apps, tactical campaigns and social media activations
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
- Selling advanced strategic concepts to your clients, driving new initiatives and promoting the Agency’s values
- Coach and mentor an account executive with the view to build-out a larger team of direct-reports to you
- Ultimately, be the voice of the client within the agency amongst the other disciplines of the business
THE ESSENTIALS
We are looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a proven Digital Account Director, Strategist or Senior Account Manager
- Experience working in an environment with monthly/quarterly targets & KPI’s
- Ability to think strategically and develop deep insights from analytics and historical data
- Strong understanding of the digital project lifecycle, including strategy, user experience, UI design, production and project management processes
- Excellent understanding of web-based technologies & tools and their commercial application
- A fanatical obsession with client service
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal & presentation skills with ability to facilitate and lead meetings with Executive and C-level stakeholders, identifying clear actions and follow-ups
- Innate curiosity and entrepreneurship with the ability to operate simultaneously macro and micro – both leading strategies and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done
