Account Coordinator
Our team is growing so we want you to join us as an Account Coordinator in our Melbourne team. As an Account Coordinator you will support our Corporate clients, finding them the optimum solution for their insurance needs.
You might be an Assistant Account Executive or working in a call centre environment or claims team and want to step up and learn more. This role is the training base for an Account Manager.
To deliver this, we have a passionate team to provide the best experience and service to our customers. This team has been a journey of growth, transitioning and contributing to the delivery of the Company’s strategic plan and objectives.
More about the role
To support and coordinate the sales and service activities of the Account Managers in order to grow profitable client numbers and premium income through the sale of Guild products. This role will be accountable for contributing to the regional annual sales target and the management of a region's client portfolio.
You will be reporting directly to the Regional Manager with a wealth of knowledge and experience, and will be hands-on with your onboarding and mentorship ensuring we set you up for success. Some of your main responsibilities are:
