What’s the job?
Reporting to the Academic Planning Manager, the Academic Planning Coordinator will assist in supporting business planning and intelligence system initiatives throughout the student lifecycle of Higher Educational and Vocational programs across Academic Administration functions within Torrents Global Education (TGE).

This role involves collaborating with academic leaders, faculty members and other stakeholders to ensure academic quality best practices are implemented and monitored that promote student success and academic achievement.

Day-to-day accountabilities:

  • Support business planning and intelligence systems that will provide insights that help the decision-making processes across faculty-wide academic administration operations, programs and services including the development & monitoring of data quality metrics

  • Support the Academic Planning Manager in the production of Business Intelligence reports and analysis of data and recommendations to meet business needs.

  • Produce timely Student Academic Progression reports and inform internal stakeholders of any discrepancies/errors uncovered.

  • Contribute to the production of Class and Exam timetables.

  • Maintain knowledge of all Course Architectures of courses delivered within the faculties.

  • Maintain company systems and databases to ensure information is accurate and compliant with company policies and external reporting requirements

  • Support the implementation of service improvement projects/initiatives and collecting data to analyse their effectiveness
